Refund Terms & Conditions

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Aria Platform offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Scale). The 14-day period begins on the subscription activation date (the date when your first payment is processed and your account is provisioned). You may request a refund within this window, subject to the conditions below.

2. Refund Amount & Deductions

Refunds are partial. The following deductions apply:

Stripe processing fee~2.9% + RM1.00
Account setup & data deletion feeRM500.00 (fixed)

Formula: Refund Amount = Subscription Price − Stripe Fee (~2.9% + RM1.00) − RM500 Setup Fee

Example (Growth Quarterly): RM2,940 (RM980/mo × 3) − RM86.26 (Stripe fee) − RM500 (setup fee) = RM2,353.74 refund.

Bayaran balik adalah separa. Yuran pemprosesan Stripe (~2.9% + RM1.00) dan yuran penyediaan akaun & penghapusan data (RM500) akan ditolak.

3. Token Overages

If you have consumed tokens beyond your plan's free monthly allocation within the 14-day period, the overage usage will be charged separately and is not covered by the refund. A separate invoice will be issued for any outstanding token overage at the standard rate of RM0.125 per 1,000 tokens.

Penggunaan token melebihi had percuma akan dicaj berasingan dan tidak termasuk dalam bayaran balik.

4. Ineligibility Criteria

You are not eligible for a refund if any of the following apply:

  • Subscription older than 14 days — The refund window has expired.
  • Contact usage exceeds 15% of plan allowance — e.g., more than 150 contacts on the Growth plan (1,000 allowance), more than 15 contacts on Starter (100 allowance), or more than 1,500 contacts on Scale (10,000 allowance).
  • Existing pending refund — You already have an active refund request being processed.
  • Enterprise plan — Enterprise subscriptions are not eligible for self-service refund. Please contact your account manager.

Anda tidak layak untuk bayaran balik jika langganan melebihi 14 hari, penggunaan kenalan melebihi 15% had pelan, atau sudah ada permohonan bayaran balik yang aktif.

5. Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved and processed through Stripe, the refund will appear in your bank account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time. The exact timeline is determined by your payment provider and is outside of Aria's control.

6. Cancellation vs Refund

A cancellation stops your subscription at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then, and no refund is issued. A refund is a partial return of your payment (minus deductions) and results in immediate account termination and data deletion.

7. Data Handling After Refund (PDPA)

Upon refund processing, your account data (contacts, conversations, documents, AI persona settings) will be permanently deleted in accordance with PDPA Malaysia 2010. Audit logs related to your account will be retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by law. No personal data will be used for marketing after account deletion.

Data akaun anda akan dipadam secara kekal selepas bayaran balik diproses. Log audit akan disimpan selama 7 tahun mengikut PDPA Malaysia 2010.
