14-day window from activation

Request a refund within 14 calendar days of your subscription start date.

Contact usage under 15%

You must have used fewer than 15% of your plan's total contact allowance (e.g., under 150 contacts on Growth).

Refund = Quarterly Charge − Fees

Stripe processing fee (~2.9% + RM1.00) and RM500 setup/deletion fee are deducted from the total quarterly charge (e.g., RM980/mo × 3 = RM2,940).

Token overages charged separately

If you exceed your plan's free tokens, overage is invoiced separately and not covered by the refund.

5–10 business days

Refund appears in your bank account within 5–10 business days after processing.
